In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, GinaCare provides meaningful access to its services for individuals with limited English proficiency. We provide services in all languages and will arrange interpretation at no cost to the client upon request.
3. Disability Access
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, GinaCare provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. We offer in-home and community-based service delivery to ensure that physical mobility limitations do not create barriers to accessing our services.
